As the world’s older population continues to grow at an unprecedented rate, more and more individuals suffer from either complete or partial vision loss. VISION aims to increase visually impaired individuals' independence by providing them with an innovative device/app. VISION aims to create a low-cost wearable device that would assist these individuals to detect obstacles. More features can be added on through smartphone integration as well.
