Farmers currently have very little free time to focus on their efficiency and sustainability. Our goal is to create a platform that is convenient, simple, and quick to use so we can reduce resource waste. We are currently looking at creating a platform that would allow farmers to vocally record data and then would store the information depending on their location in the field. Additionally, we are also thinking about a way to connect farmers to their customers or to other farmers. A farmer to customer app would save time with CSA (the money making aspect of farming) allowing them more time to focus on the inter workings of their fields, and a farmer to farmer app would allow nearby farms to trade their waste in an attempt to make zero waste farms.
