In times of crises, hospital systems with staff shortages and the lowest beds per capita face capacity challenges that impact patient care. These hospitals often lack the insight necessary to quickly initiate a successful patient transfer. This limitation creates slower and failed  transfers, which results in over $600,000 of lost revenue per patient. In learning from so many different healthcare professionals, our goal is to create a centralized dashboard that will take the burden of communication off of the staff. If resources are kept track of, patients are tracked, and timing is monitored all in one place, healthcare professionals can focus on putting patients first.
